Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our organization. The Salesforce Admin will play a critical role in supporting our mission by maintaining the integrity of our data, streamlining processes, and providing technical expertise to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, deduplication, and data hygiene processes.
Process Automation:
Design, develop, and implement custom workflows, process builder, and automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Customization:
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules to meet organizational needs.
Reporting and Dashboards:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
User Support:
Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to enhance user adoption.
Integration:
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and best practices.
Stay Current:
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
Certification:
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, data management tools, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
