They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable liaising with key stakeholders in the business and providing solutions to complex problems. Certifications are not mandatory but are highly encouraged. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating and being a point of contact for Salesforce needs and queries.
This role requires travel 3 days per week in Hertfordshire for the first 6 months. It will then become remote with 1 day per week in office. Please only apply if you can commit to this arrangement.
Essential experience:
A successful commercial track record in a Salesforce Administrator capacity
Experience providing configuration changes such as flows, rules, approvals, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps and other maintenance routines
Experience building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value and streamline processes
Investigation of defects, and referral of complex bug fixes for future development sprints
Upskilling internal teams on Salesforce features and functionality
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team and taking ownership
