This role will involve:
Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, leveraging declarative tools and custom development when necessary.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for optimization, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, staying current with platform updates and proactively recommending enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior Salesforce administrators, providing guidance on technical challenges, best practices, and professional development opportunities.
Champion Salesforce adoption and user engagement initiatives, leading training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing activities to empower users and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with overall technology architecture.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with expertise in Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CPQ.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive process improvements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
