Senior Salesforce Administrator – Service Cloud Specialist Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only) Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
We are delighted to be exclusively representing an industry leadng organisation in their search for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising the organisation’s CRM platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the administration and optimisation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Configure, customise, and maintain Service Cloud features including case management, omni-channel, knowledge base, and service processes.
Build and manage Flows, automation, reports, and dashboards to streamline service operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering scalable, best-practice solutions.
Ensure system security, data integrity, and user access controls are effectively maintained.
Provide support and training to end-users to encourage adoption and maximise the platform’s potential.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support wider Salesforce projects and enhancements.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven background as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a senior capacity.
Strong expertise in Service Cloud configuration and optimisation.
Proficiency in creating Flows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
Solid understanding of Salesforce governance, data management, and security best practices.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant) highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
