Job Title: Salesforce Account Executive (ISV) - English Speaking is a Must

Salary: Up to €75,000 + Double OTE

Location: France - Remote

TechOhana has collaborated with a dynamic and rapidly growing Salesforce ISV that is committed to creating bespoke applications that overcome business challenges supporting them in achieving their goals.

As a Salesforce Account Executive (ISV), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals. A strong understanding of the Salesforce ISV space is vital as you will be expected to deliver enticing product demonstrations showcasing the true value of this product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, create and execute strategic account plans, and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning Salesforce solutions as the ideal fit.

  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of solutions to potential clients.

  • Work closely with the technical team to design and propose tailored Salesforce solutions that address customer challenges and contribute to their success.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in Salesforce Product ISV sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.

  • Strong technical understanding of Salesforce.

  • Experience operating in the full Sales Cycle - Generating Leads to Closing Deals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
