TechOhana have partnered with a market leading B2B sales intelligence company who have been awarded and recognised for their huge success when in their start up faze and their huge growth and success following.

They are expanding their marketing ops team, hiring for a Marketing Operations analyst with strong hands-on working knowledge with Pardot, to act as the Pardot owner! Within this role you will support the wider marketing department to improve and drive the function of the martech stack and optimise campaign performance to increase conversion rates.

You will dive into reporting data, reviewing and streamlining marketing automation alongside making the platform your own!

The culture in the business is highly collaborative, with a fun and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, however with full support as and when needed from the marketing manager, and wider team.

To support a healthy WLB, you will have full reigns to work 100% remote, however there is also an office space located in London to utilise how you wish too.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a revenue / marketing operation role

  • Strong hands-on knowledge with Pardot

  • Familiarity with prospecting tools including leandata, chilipiper (Bonus)

  • Strong Salesforce knowledge

  • Pardot certified – Bonus
