Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant
Working Arrangement: Remote
Salary Expectation: Up to £55,000 DOE
Job Description:
Your main responsibility will be to manage and consult with key client accounts. You will handle a portfolio of clients, including both retainer and fixed-scope projects. In both cases, your primary goals are to provide value and ensure client success through your technical and strategic guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management and Consultation:
Utilize excellent communication and client-facing skills to understand client requirements.
Deliver strategic advisory engagements, focusing on developing a forward-looking technology vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap for clients.
Project Management:
Demonstrate strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Update senior leads on the health status of projects.
Project Leadership:
Lead the team of Delivery Consultants to deliver services to the highest possible standards.
Serve as the final sign-off point for client strategic recommendations, scoping documents, and delivery.
Team Management:
Efficiently oversee and support the team of Delivery Consultants through proactive engagement.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide feedback to senior leads to ensure optimal team performance.
Business Growth:
Collaborate with senior consultants to support business growth by influencing renewal rates and introducing additional service lines.
Create new opportunities in the CRM for the sales team to follow up on.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Demo and Prototyping:
Assist sales by providing clients with tangible demonstrations of how solutions will meet their requirements.
Project Sign-Off:
Support the commercial team and participate in the sign-off process for SOW (Statement of Work) for any technical proposal, allowing the opportunity stage to progress.
Analytics & Reporting:
Create reports for clients on campaign effectiveness against targets and ROI, using insights from Account Engagement, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships with clients.
Enthusiastic about problem-solving and finding solutions to complex problems for clients.
Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering engaging presentations and describing solutions in detail.
Demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in either MCAE, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or a combination of these.
