Your Job:
Lead the development and execution of Salesforce DevOps strategies and best practices
Oversee continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives
Implement automation, manage version control, and optimize deployments
Guide and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative DevOps culture
What We’re Looking For:
Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, etc.)
Extensive experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
Proven leadership experience in managing a team and driving Salesforce initiatives
Deep understanding of version control systems, automation tools, and deployment strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
