For a client in the health industry in Bern, CH, we are looking for a German speaking CRM Technical Specialist

Your Tasks (💻)
Support and further development of the Salesforce CRM system
You are the interface between the developers and the technicians
Optimization of the IT system
Carrying out change and release management of specialist applications
Gathering and documenting customer needs and requirements
Management of small and medium software projects through cooperation with external service providers and internal customers
Communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile (😎)
Completed studies in business informatics and/or business administration with extensive experience in this field
Experience in the administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions
Knowledge of complex IT processes and IT landscapes
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Excellent communication skills
Service oriented
Fluent in German and good knowledge of French (B1)
Nice to have: Italian and English
