Role: Salesforce Developer

Rate: £650.00 P/D (Outside IR35)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based)

Length: 3 Months Initial

TechOhana are partnered with a fast-growing insurance provider currently undertaking a focused delivery phase within their Salesforce programme. They're looking for a contract Salesforce Developer to step in and support the build and optimisation of their Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and enhance scalable Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows

• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to deliver secure, performant features aligned to business needs

• Participate in agile sprint cycles, peer reviews, and CI/CD processes for efficient deployment

• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to industry best practices within the insurance sector

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs

• Strong integration experience, particularly with policy admin or claims platforms in the insurance space

• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance standards relevant to financial services

• Comfortable working independently in a remote agile team
