About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect with a strong Salesforce configuration background and a proven track record of leading development teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Salesforce partner on high-impact projects while leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and architect for Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and scalable solutions.
Oversee configuration efforts across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on architecture, integration, and custom solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.
Drive architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and solution quality assurance.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive Salesforce configuration experience
(Sales, Service, Experience Clouds preferred).
Proven leadership
in managing and mentoring development teams.
Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Integrations is a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security models, and integration strategies.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
